I utilize an integrative, strengths-based, individualized approach to therapy, often combining concepts of self-compassion, mindfulness, and acceptance to help you attain your goals. I believe in helping you to flourish in your life, not just eliminate symptoms. I do this through helping you find your inner wisdom, creativity, resilience, and courage to bring about change in your life. I practice Feedback-Informed Therapy, which allows me to be flexible in my approach to therapy, and keeps the client involved in making sure a therapeutic relationship is established efficiently and therapy is a beneficial experience.
