Dr. Shreve has training in and utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Dr. Shreve works from an integrative perspective to therapy utilizing primarily psychodynamic and strength-based approaches. Her work focuses on better understanding oneself to build self-compassion, acceptance, and inform change and self-growth.
Dr. Shreve grew up in West Virginia and moved to Utah to pursue graduate school and her interests in outdoor adventures. She enjoys rock climbing, yoga, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog.
