Philosophical Orientation: 

I have an integrative treatment approach to therapy. Each client comes with different issues, strengths, and challenges. I work to support the client in creating a plan of action to meet goals and overcome issues. I utilize Mindfulness Treatment, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, Play Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy for individuals and couples, as well as other treatment modalities that I taylor to meet your needs. I am a client centered therapist which means I work to strengthen your capacity to manage your life and overcome personal obstacles.


In my free time, I play with my dog Copper, enjoy good friends and family, go to concerts, arts festivals, outdoor events, camping, listening to music, and crafting. I am very artistic and enjoy all types of arts and crafts.
