Over the last 11 years I have evolved and practiced many modalities of treatment. I work from and have an integrative treatment approach to therapy. What does that mean? Each person I work with comes from different backgrounds, struggles, strengths, and challenges. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),  Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy for couples (EFTC), Mindfulness Therapy. I tailor the treatment modalities to meet your needs by creating a collaborative environment. I believe that each individual I engage with has the wisdom within to excel and overcome their barriers.
