authenticity, which creates a safe and patient-centered atmosphere where one feels free to communicate life’s
experiences. Her care includes a therapeutic approach that evaluates your mental health needs, provides
strategic medication management, and gives support towards beneficial lifestyle adjustments.
Dr. Garbett moved from India as a young teenager and has grown up in the Salt Lake Valley. She has worked as a
caring registered nurse in the mental health field for multiple years before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
She is an exercising enthusiast who loves to cook and eat good food.
