Dr. Barrows combines medication with psychotherapy and lifestyle interventions to improve mental and physical well-being. She is most passionate about forming longstanding and collaborative relationships with her patients to recommend treatments in thoughtful consideration of their unique goals. She treats all mental health and behavioral conditions and has extensive experience in mood and anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, trauma, adjustment disorders, OCD, ADHD, substance use, and the management of cravings and compulsions.

Dr. Barrows completed her clinical training at the Salt Lake Department of Veterans Affairs. In addition to her practice at Center for Human Potential, she is a professor at the University of Utah’s College of Nursing and works with Volunteers of America in their mental health and substance use treatment centers.
