For more than 20 years Dr. Hallett has helped adults who have depression, anxiety, a history of trauma, relationship problems, eating disorders, adult autism spectrum disorder, alcohol and drug issues, and various other difficulties. He has also done psychotherapy and psychological testing in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential treatment facilities, alcohol and drug treatment centers, and a university psychology clinic.

Get to Know Brendan:
Dr. Hallett grew up in Virginia and made his way to Utah to enjoy its outdoor beauty. When he’s not working, he can often be found spending time with his family, skiing, river rafting, or playing in a local blues/rock band.
Philosophical Orientation:
Dr. Hallett uses an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing psychodynamic, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, DBT, and other psychological approaches.
