For more than 20 years Dr. Hallett has helped adults who have depression, anxiety, a history of trauma, relationship problems, eating disorders, alcohol and drug issues, and various other difficulties. He has also done psychotherapy and psychological testing in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential treatment facilities, alcohol and drug treatment centers, and a university psychology clinic.

Dr. Hallett uses an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing psychodynamic, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, DBT, and other psychological approaches. 

Comments: 

Dr. Hallett grew up in Virginia and made his way to Utah to enjoy its outdoor beauty. When he’s not working, he can often be found spending time with his family, skiing or playing in a local blues/rock band.
